My storyHello! I’m Eromi
I help people come back to themselves through breathwork and subconscious reprogramming, and embodied inner work - modalities that reach places thinking alone can't.
Clinical Hypnotherapist. Certified Breathwork Facilitator. NLP Practitioner.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
My Path Here
My path wasn't linear. I spent years in Silicon Valley working with organizations including NASA, BAE Systems, and Mercedes-Benz R&D. I loved the creativity, complexity, and problem solving, but I also saw the cost of constant pressure and "always-on" culture that can leave people successful on the outside and disconnected within.
After stepping back to raise my daughter, I began to recognize how much of my own life had been running on autopilot. I was functioning, but I didn’t feel fully connected to myself.
What began as a self-help hypnotherapy class became a turning point.
By the end of my first training, something in me had shifted. During my supervised internship, I began witnessing meaningful changes in clients as well, and I knew I wanted to go deeper.
I went on to complete 750+ hours of nationally accredited clinical hypnotherapy training, along with NLP certifications, Hypnotic Therapeutic Breathwork training, and intensive training in Neurodynamic Breathwork™. I am currently continuing my studies through Master NLP training.
My academic background is in Experimental Psychology and Human Factors, the science of designing systems around how humans actually work. I helped optimize interfaces for pilots and air traffic controllers, making complex systems simpler, safer, and easier to navigate.
Now, I help people do something similar within themselves: understand their inner patterns, release what no longer serves them, and create a more aligned way of moving through life.
How I Work
I blend clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, breathwork, neuroscience-informed tools, and intuitive inner work to support meaningful, embodied change.
My real credential? I've done—and continue to do—this work myself. I know what it's like to face what you've avoided, to rebuild trust with your own body, to shift from simply functioning to truly feeling present, alive and connected.
As a mom, I also understand the delicate dance of ambition, family, identity, and well-being. These experiences shape how I show up: with empathy, honesty, and tools that work in real life.
Today, I support people who are ready to create success without losing themselves in the process. I’m honored to walk alongside you as you create space to recharge, reconnect, and return to the part of you that has always been there.
The Tools I Draw From
Clinical Hypnotherapy
Working with the subconscious mind to shift patterns, beliefs, emotional associations, and automatic responses.
NLP
Using language, belief work, timeline processes, reframing, modeling, and goal-setting frameworks to help reshape old patterns and create more aligned ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.
Regression & Parts Work
Supporting unresolved experiences and inner parts with compassion, understanding, and integration.
Breathwork & Somatic Tools
Using Neurodynamic Breathwork™, Hypnotic Therapeutic Breathwork, EFT, bilateral stimulation, Brainspotting, and Flash Technique - informed practices to support the body in processing, releasing, and regulating.
Spiritual Exploration
For those who are open to it, deeper intuitive and spiritual inquiry can be woven into the work.
