Your first session is 2 hours. We'll explore your goals and create a clear path forward. Following sessions are 75 minutes and begin with a brief check-in.

  • Simple habits or phobias often resolve in 4 sessions. Moderate challenges (anxiety, stress patterns) typically take 6-12 sessions. Deeper patterns may need 12-20 sessions—still significantly fewer than traditional talk therapy.

    You're in control the entire time. No one can make you do anything.

  • No. You're fully aware the entire time. Hypnosis is a focused state of attention, not unconsciousness. You can speak, move, and stop at any time.

    All hypnosis is self hypnosis—I'm simply guiding you. You're always in control.

  • Yes, it's safe. Clinical hypnotherapy has zero reported serious adverse events in clinical trials. You cannot be made to do anything against your will.

    You cannot get "stuck" in a trance. If our session were interrupted, you would simply open your eyes and return to normal awareness on your own

  • Everyone can enter a hypnotic state—you do it naturally when daydreaming or driving on autopilot. Some people go deeper than others initially, but this develops with practice.

    Fewer than 10% of the population is less naturally hypnotizable, but anyone can engage fully and get significant benefit.

  • Most people remember everything or certain parts, depending on depth. The insights will resurface in your conscious mind afterward and produce positive changes.

    Sometimes the most powerful sessions are those where you remember less consciously but notice significant shifts in the days following.
