Dream Analysis
Dream. Embody. Emerge.
If a dream has stayed with you, it's asking for your attention.
Dreams are direct communications from your subconscious, revealing how you experience yourself and your world. Rather than analyzing symbols from the outside, this process invites you to step inside the dream and experience it directly.
Why This Is Effective
We use Gestalt dreamwork to access the wisdom of your subconscious. We're not imposing interpretations, we're listening to what your dream already knows.
This approach works because dreams speak in their own language. When you step inside a dream element and allow it to speak, you bypass intellectual analysis and access direct knowing. The angry figure in your dream isn't a symbol to decode—it's a part of you that has something to say.
Gestalt dreamwork naturally induces a hypnotic state. Combined with formal hypnotherapy techniques, the process deepens considerably. Clients often experience vivid recall of dreams from years ago, or find that a single session shifts a pattern they've carried for decades.
The shifts happen because:
You access the subconscious mind where dreams originate, not just thinking about them
Dream recall becomes vivid and detailed, even from fragments or old dreams
Emotional release occurs directly through the body, not just through talking
Split-off or projected aspects of yourself can be reclaimed and integrated
Insights emerge organically and stick because they come from within
What was projected outward becomes owned. What was confusing often becomes clear. And the integration continues long after the session ends.
What We Can Work With
Bring any dream. Vivid or vague. Recent or decades old. A full narrative or just a haunting image.
We can work with:
A dream from last night or last year
A recurring dream or nightmare you've had since childhood
A single image, feeling, or fragment that won't leave you
The sense that you dreamed something important but can't quite recall it
No dream is too strange, too small, or too ordinary. If it stayed with you, it matters.
This is: Experiential, guided, client-led, and grounded in your own inner wisdom.
This isn't: Dream dictionaries, rigid symbol interpretations, or someone else telling you what your dream means.
What a Session Looks Like
1
You Re-Enter the Dream
Through gentle guidance, you'll recall and re-experience your dream in present tense, as if it's happening now. You remain aware and in control throughout.
2
You Become the Elements
You'll step into being different parts of the dream: the characters, objects, even settings. They’ll speak from their perspective and communicate with each, staying connected to what you feel.
3
We Follow What Emerges
The dream may open doorways to deeper patterns or earlier experiences. We may use hypnotic deepening or transition into regression work to address what's been revealed.
4
You Return & Integrate
You'll come back to normal awareness feeling relaxed and often clearer. We'll close with reflection and supportive integration. You may continue to unfold insights in the days and weeks following.
