Access your body's innate wisdom through breath and music. 

An immersive breathwork journey designed to regulate nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect with your inner knowing.

This is an active, experiential practice, not passive or meditative - guiding you beyond the thinking mind and into felt experience.

Session Flow (2.5 hours)

  • 30 min preparation & grounding

  • 60 min breathwork with curated music

  • Closing meditation & optional sharing

What to Bring:

  • Eye mask or blindfold (eyes closed experience)

  • Lip balm (mouth breathing can cause dryness)

  • Pillow (for comfort or support); yoga mat and blanket provided

  • Journal (optional, for reflection and integration)

Capacity: Limited to 4 participants.
