Your comfort, firstYou are always in control of your pace.
This breathing technique intentionally shifts your inner state. Strong sensations or emotions may arise. This is normal. It's the body doing what it came to do.
You'll be in your own space, at home. I'll be with you throughout the journey, supporting you to stay grounded, aware, and connected to your experience as it unfolds.
This is about giving your body the space to do what it already knows how to do.
The experiencePrepare: First 30-mins is for orientation. We’ll go over the principles, what to expect and how to breathe. You’ll get to ask questions before we begin.
Breathe: 60 minutes of conscious connected breathing, held by music chosen for each phase of the journey.
Integrate: We close with integration, optional sharing and a closing meditation.
Each session is different. Some feel calming, others activating. All are designed to support release, and reconnection, and a return to the body.
