Your comfort, first

You are always in control of your pace.

Conscious connected breathing intentionally shifts your inner state. Strong sensations or emotions may arise. This is normal. It's the body doing what it came to do.

You'll be in your own space, at home. I'll be with you throughout the journey, supporting you to stay grounded, aware, and connected to your experience as it unfolds.

This is about giving your body the space to do what it already knows how to do.

The experience

We open with grounding and orientation. You'll know exactly what to expect and how to breathe before we begin.

Then sixty minutes of conscious connected breathing, held by music chosen for each phase of the journey. We close with integration and optional sharing.

Each session is different.

Some feel calming, others activating. All are designed to support release tension and reconnection.

What to Have on Hand

Headphones (for immersive sound)

Eye mask or blindfold (eyes closed experience)

Lip balm (mouth breathing may cause dryness)

Pillows and blanket (for comfort or support)

Journal (optional, for reflection afterward)
